Two wooden planters were found in a Hebron hilltop area on Thursday, according to a statement by the Civil Administration.
A passerby spotted the wooden planter in a sandpit in the al-Sa’ada area on Wednesday, and it was taken for examination by the security services.
The statement said the security service has “identified the planters as belonging to the Islamic Movement of al-Quds, which has been responsible for planting the wood in the area since 2014.”
No other details were provided about the owners of the planter, who were not identified.
The statement added that security services will examine the wood and determine its location.
The area is located near the al-‘Aswad settlement, home to Palestinian Bedouin communities.
The al-Aqsa mosque is also located there.
